ANTHONY JACOB

BACKGROUND
Onsite Edge’s founder, Anthony Jacob, familiarised himself with the management rights industry over the last 18 years during an extensive career in corporate property development and the legal profession. Anthony commenced his career as a solicitor with Minter Ellison Lawyers and subsequently worked for Stockland in the acquisitions team, before spending approximately 4 years with Macquarie Bank as a Senior Acquisitions Manager within the Real Estate Group. In 2008, Anthony commenced his own property advisory business and provides varied property and management rights consulting advice to some key public and private sector clients. Anthony has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Law and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Education and Training from the University of Queensland. Anthony was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002 and also holds a full principal real estate agent license.
ANTHONY’S VISION
Anthony’s goal was to build a management rights company that embraced the latest in technology, training and systemised processes to improve accountability to property owners and body corporates. Venturing away from big corporate life, Anthony immersed himself in the operational day-to-day activities of an onsite manager. Through this process, Anthony developed a complete system of caretaking and property management that brings a fresh, professional and sophisticated approach to the industry. He has subsequently employed resident managers, leasing managers, gardeners, cleaners and maintenance staff that embrace his systems and philosophy. Anthony continues to maintain a hands-on approach at the operational level to ensure the provision of caretaking and property management services are provided in accordance with his philosophy and high expectations.

HAYDEN FORRESTER
Associate Director
Hayden has over 15 years experience at Macquarie Bank across commercial lending (including a specific focus on the management rights industry), risk management and real estate. He also held a senior COO role at Macquarie. Since Macquarie, Hayden has gained extensive experience in onsite residential property management operations, including being responsible for the lease up and ongoing management of a 220 apartment building in South Brisbane for ARIA Living. Hayden brings a combination of managerial and operational experience, gained both domestically and abroad, and across a diverse range of industries.
SAMANTHA LEFTWICH
Senior Onsite Manager
Day to day building management functions, property management and the letting of our Cannon Hill apartments is undertaken by Samantha who lives onsite in one of our buildings. Samantha holds a real estate agent licence and is an onsite building management and body corporate specialist. Sam has extensive experience in liaising with all key stakeholders including body corporate managers, committee members, owners, investor landlords and tenants.
CARLY SAMUELS
Senior Onsite Manager
Carly brings with her a wealth of property management experience (both onsite and from traditional agency) gained locally on the Gold Coast, as well as in the Brisbane and Sydney markets. Carly has a deep understanding of the local rental market, and a passion for building a positive and vibrant community in the buildings she manages. Carly also has extensive experience in body corporate matters and is a key liaison between all stakes holders in the complexes she manages.
RUSS JACOB
Senior Onsite Manager
Russ has extensive residential property management experience, having previously managed a retirement village for a major ASX listed developer and has been intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of a large residential complex for a number of years, including residing at the complex as the onsite manager. Russ previously held a full principal real estate agent license and is now involved in various caretaking and onsite functions for the current buildings we manage.
SUSAN JACOB
Legal Advisor
Susan assists in the strategic management and marketing of Onsite Edge and also assists in our dealings as onsite manager with body corporate managers, body corporate committees, developers and builders. Susan has over 10 years experience in the property industry, is a qualified solicitor and was formerly an in-house lawyer with QIC, working in the highly successful Global Real Estate group. In this role, Susan undertook the retail and commercial leasing and tenant negotiation work for QIC’s Shopping Centre’s throughout Queensland working closely with leasing agents, tenants, tenants’ representatives, and other landlords. Susan’s experience is invaluable when dealing with the Residential Tenancy Authority in tenancy dispute matters. Susan holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons), a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Training. Susan was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2003.
JAREK JANCZEWSKI
Maintenance & Grounds Caretaker
Jarek undertakes general and garden maintenance around our complexes and also administers the onsite mulching and composting program of the extensive common area planting at our Cannon Hill buildings. Jarek has a passion for horticulture and is instrumental in maintaining the appearance of the buildings we manage, their recreational areas and the common area gardens.
