MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Instructions
If you are a tenant currently renting through Onsite Edge, please complete the form below to submit any maintenance requests. Please note that it is the tenant’s responsibility to:
- Replace light bulbs and light covers.
- Replace batteries for appliance remotes.
- To clean, test and replace batteries for smoke alarms during a tenancy.
- Clean and replace dryer filters.
- Clean and replace rangehood filters.
- Replace misplaced sink plugs.
- Clean and maintain wet areas and remove mould where mould is caused by the tenant.
- Clean and maintain drains to keep drains free of blockage. If any blockage is caused by the tenant it will be the tenant’s responsibility to pay for fixing the problem.
