Onsite Edge has taken the liberty of installing a high speed fibre optic internet service through MyPort. A WiFi modem has already been installed into all our apartments – this means an instant connection the day you move in!
We think the MyPort offer represents great value and is superior to any NBN and ADSL retail offerings we’ve investigated. The advantages of choosing to connect through MyPort are:

Alternatively, you can arrange an instant connection to the service at any time by following the below steps:
- A Myport wireless router is located in your cupboard by the front door.
- On your router, there will be a network name and passkey, open your wi-fi on your device and connect with this information.
- If you’re using an apple device you will be automatically redirected to the signup page, for all other devices open your internet browser and type in the URL www.myport.com.au.
- Simply enter in your details and you’ll enjoy immediate fast internet access!
Our buildings are internet and Foxtel ready. To arrange a connection, please contact your preferred service provider. Your service provider will arrange for a technician to attend site to access the MDF panel in the building. Please advise the onsite office as the technician will need to obtain keys from the onsite office to gain access to the MDF. If you are using a third party provider (anyone other than Telstra), they will arrange for a Telstra technician to connect the MDF to the exchange as Telstra own the external infrastructure. The third party provider will then send their own technician to connect your apartment to the MDF panel. Please be aware that third party providers may charge separate fees for each technician visit and their connection fees vary – it’s best to speak with your chosen service provider before signing up for more information.
If the service provider is unable to locate your connection address, their system has not been updated with the latest address information. Accordingly, please quote:
- For Prominence residents, your unit number at 13-21 Bombery Street (not 21 Bombery Street)
- For Parklands residents, your unit number at 23-31 Bombery Street (not 31 Bombery Street)
- hang any washing, bedding or other articles
- display any sign, banner, advertisement or similar articles
- use any part of the balcony for storage of goods
- keep any over sized plants
- install any aerials, receivers or the like, if it is visible from outside of the lot
We encourage residents to enjoy their balcony, so outdoor furniture and pot plants are encouraged!
